We’ve had an open and honest relationship with Kingston Noble for years. They’ve always been on the end of the phone when we needed them.
I have used Kingston noble over the years in various homes I have managed. I have always had good communication from my phone asking for staff and about the staff that they are going to provide and their experiences. I always get a profile of the person which is up to date with training. If for some reason the home hasn’t been happy with the staff they have sent we have openly communicated this and if they have been wonderful staff, we have also communicated this too.
