Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join their 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) service in Swadlincote.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily care of young people, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being
- Support and mentor junior staff to provide high-quality care
- Implement individual care plans and promote positive behaviour
- Work a rotating shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to ensure continuous care
Shift Pattern:
- Rolling rota of 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
- Shifts operate between 9:30 am and 11:00 pm
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a residential setting, with leadership qualities
