Our client is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead their brand-new 5-bed EBD children’s service in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for children and young people within the home.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive culture of learning and excellence.
- Manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory requirements.
- Implement and oversee care plans that support the individual needs of each child.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, including social services and families.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within a children’s residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience managing EBD services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
