Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed children’s residential service in Burton-on-Trent, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and high standards of care
- Leading and developing a dedicated team, fostering a positive and nurturing environment for staff and residents
- Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all young people
- Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Building strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external stakeholders
- Taking on on-call responsibilities outside of regular hours to support the smooth running of the home
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Services) is essential
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
- Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence is required
