Our client is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s residential service in Coalville, offering care for children and young people with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standard of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Managing and mentoring a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment
  • Developing care plans, risk assessments, and ensuring the well-being of the young people in your care
  • Managing budgets, resources, and working collaboratively with external agencies
  • Handling on-call duties outside of standard working hours

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People’s Services) is essential
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations and requirements
  • Full UK driving licence is required
