As the Managing Director, you will have strategic and operational oversight of our residential and supported accommodation services. This includes supporting newly registered Ofsted regulated services, transitioning CQC services to Ofsted regulated services, and maintaining an effective quality assurance framework across the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet and exceed regulatory standards, providing leadership and guidance to our dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s mission and goals.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with both CQC and Ofsted regulations, ensuring all services meet the highest standards of care.
  • Service Transition: Lead the re-registration of CQC services to Ofsted regulated services, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop, update, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework to monitor and improve service delivery.
  • Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to deliver outstanding care and support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, service users, and their families.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the care sector, with a strong understanding of CQC and Ofsted regulations.
  • QCF/NVQ level 5 Leadership & Management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing residential and supported accommodation services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, management, or a related field.
