Our client is seeking a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to join their 4-bed children’s home, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and mentor the care team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Ensure the home is compliant with Ofsted regulations and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies.
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the home and ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Level 3/4 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a children’s residential setting, particularly EBD services.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the home.
