Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to join their 4-bed service, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Burton-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Promote the emotional and physical well-being of young people through activities and structured routines
- Assist in implementing individual care plans and support the team to ensure the best outcomes for the children
- Work a rolling shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to provide continuous care
Shift Pattern:
- Rolling rota of 1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
- Shifts operate between 9:30 am to 11:00 pm
Requirements:
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- A genuine commitment to supporting young people with EBD
